Privacy & security

Your privacy and security is our number one priority. We do not store financial information. We do not share or sell your financial information with any third partiets. Every transaction is processed via PayPal . We also accept credit cards via PayPal. View our Privacy statement here.

Order processing

We will validate your credit/debit card before accepting your order. We will not accept your order if your card is declined at any stage during the processing of your order.

Upon placing an order with Anna & Fred BalanceCeuticals, the customer will receive an order acknowledgement and subsequent update email(s). Accepted orders are usually processed within 24 hours.

Orders are processed Monday-Friday. Our transportation partners do not process orders on the weekends, so if you place an order after 12PM ET on Friday, your order will be processed on Monday.

Due to the high volume of orders placed around holidays/Black Friday sales, please allow additional processing time. If there should be any delay in shipment we will notify the customer via email.

Cancellation policy

If you wish to cancel an order, please notify us as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been shipped.


All products remain Anna & Fred BalanceCeuticals property until full payment is made. Should any problems arise with the payment, we will hold your order and contact you to resolve the problem. Your order will be shipped as soon as the payment has been successfully processed. All transfers conducted through Anna & Fred BalanceCeuticals website are handled through safe third-party payment gateways to guarantee your protection.


Prices for our goods may change from time to time, however, price changes do not affect already confirmed orders.

Damaged items or incorrect order

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.


We ship with Postnord. Please note that sales tax or customs duty may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are not included in the original shipping charge, and are at the customers own expense. If you fail to pay the required fees, duties, taxes or assessments and the items are returned to us, we will provide you with a refund for returned products minus the return delivery costs.


Anna and Fred Balanceceuticals have no control over the goods once they are shipped and cannot guarantee that your order will arrive within the estimated time. We will not be responsible for delivery delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure.

Returns and refunds

Refunds or exchanges on retail products are allowed within 14 days of delivery date. Note that all sales are final after 14 days. Before returning the item(s) to us, please notify us in writing via e-mail.

Unwanted goods

Full refunds will be issued for unopened products returned in sellable condition. Please note that the customer must bear the cost of the return shipment. This cost will not be refunded by us.

Non-resellable goods

Slightly used products or products that have been tampered with in any way, may only be exchanged for another item of similar value. Please note that the customer must bear the cost of the return shipment. This cost will not be refunded by us.

Damaged or faulty goods

A refund of the customer’s total expenses, ie cost for product(s), any shipping costs and expenses for return shipping will only be given in the instance of damaged or faulty goods. Please contact us if you wish to return or exchange. We recommend that you send the product(s) via a tracked service. If the product(s) is lost during transit to us, you will not be refunded. Products purchased as part of a sale are non returnable.

How do I make an order online?

When you are shopping with us and an item/s is added to your shopping cart, it saves and holds the products you wish to purchase while you are still shopping. Once you have finished shopping, proceed to checkout and follow the prompts through our secure payment gateway.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We use Paypal as option, which includes the most common credit card such as VISA, Mastercard and others.

How do i apply a coupon code?

At the shopping cart you can enter a coupon code and click Apply Coupon. Please make sure your coupon has been applied to your order before clicking the final place order button. Only one coupon can be used at a time.

What shipping are used?

We ship with Postnord.

What are the shipping costs within EU?

Anna and Fred shipments are made from Europe (Sweden). The shipping price varies depending on the destination. The shipping price will always be specified at checkout. We offer free standard shipping on orders over € 65. If your order is below € 80, we charge a shipping fee of 6,5 euro.​ (standard shipping)

What are the shipping costs outside of EU?

We offer free shipping on orders over € 150. (Standard shipping) If your order is below € 150, we charge a shipping fee of 15 euro.​ (standard shipping)

When will i receive my order?

Orders are processed in 1-2 days, not including weekends and holidays.

  • In Sweden: You can expect to receive your order in Approximately 1-3 working days from the day you placed it.
  • EU countries: You can expect to receive your order in approximately 3-5 business days from the day you placed it.
  • International orders: are dependent upon the requested shipping destination. You can expect to receive your order in approximately 10-30 working days from the day you placed it.

Please note that delays can occur after your order has been dispatched due to circumstances beyond our control. If your order delivery timeframe is genuinely overdue please contact us at: Can i track my order? After you have placed an order you will receive an email notification with an order number and a confirmation of your order and payment. You will also receive an email when your goods have been despatched from the Kosmea warehouse with information on tracking your order. You can also email orders@kosmea.com.au quoting your order number and a Kosmea team member will assist you with tracking your order. Can i change or cancel my order?
